I am a renaissance man. I grew up the Midwest performing in choirs, singing in a band and even performing on the theatrical stage. Moving down to the deep south for college I worked at the top-rated radio station Gulf 104 in Tallahassee, Florida, as an on-air personality and as the station’s Promotions Director for close to ten years. While in school I obtained his Commercial Pilot’s License, and became chief pilot for a promotion/PR company, not for airplanes but for flying hot air balloons!
With an eye on the business world I switched gears from the entertainment/PR world to the Insurance industry and for the next twenty years I specialized in Marketing and Sales, creating some of the most successful marketing campaigns in employee benefits for the public school systems in Florida. Building on that success, I moved to New York to become a National Sales Manager, encompassing all Employee Benefits/Risk Management sales and education.
My love of New York, my “people personality”, my appetite for history, trivia, construction, and even architecture all culminated in being a proud New Yorker who owns and is on the Board of my co-op in Harlem. My combination of sales, marketing and love of architecture brought me to real estate sales. My ability to really listen to a client’s needs and find the right solution is perfect for helping both buyers and seller’s in today’s real estate market.
