An UES native; Andres took a liking to real estate early on in college. It wasn't until he started reading various business and real estate related books, in which his interest in the subject grew exponentially, that he decided to act upon it. He went on to intern at a construction management company as a project engineer intern, where he facilitated the coordination of electric/plumbing/mechanical/fire protection layout and worked with architectural drawings. He later went on to receive his real estate salespersons license.
